Micro Elites provides website design and development, website care plans, SEO, local SEO, AI search optimization, Google Ads, Meta Ads, ChatGPT Ads, conversion optimization, AI agents, business automation, and custom AI solutions. This page explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations work for each of these services.
If you have a signed proposal or agreement with us and it says something different from this page, the proposal or agreement applies.
Return Policy
We sell digital services only. We do not sell or ship physical products, so there is nothing to return.
Work we deliver cannot be returned once delivered. This includes website designs, website code, written content, ad campaigns, landing pages, AI agents, automations, audits, and reports.
If something in the delivered work is wrong or does not match what we agreed, email us within 7 days of delivery. We will fix it at no extra cost as part of the revisions included in your plan. Requests for new features or changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
Refund Policy
Website design and development
Website projects are one-time, fixed-price work. Refunds depend on how far the project has moved:
- Before work starts: full refund if you cancel within 3 days of payment and we have not started.
- Planning or design in progress, homepage design not yet approved: 50% refund of the amount paid.
- After you approve the homepage design: no refund, because development time is already committed to your project.
- After the website is delivered or live: no refund.
If you pay in installments, each installment covers a stage of work. Installments already paid for completed stages are not refundable. If you cancel, you will not be charged for stages we have not started.
You own the website once it is paid in full. If a project is cancelled before full payment, we hand over only the work that has been paid for.
Website care plans
Care plans cover hosting, security, maintenance, and small changes. Fees are billed in advance and are not refundable once the billing period has started. If a care plan is included free with your website package, it has no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
SEO, local SEO, and AI search optimization
- Monthly fees are billed in advance and are not refundable once the billing month has started.
- SEO takes time and depends on search engines we do not control. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or a number of leads, and results are not a reason for a refund.
- Content, backlinks, and listings already created for you stay with you after cancellation.
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and ChatGPT Ads management
- Our management fee is billed monthly in advance and is not refundable once the billing month has started.
- Your ad budget is paid directly to Google, Meta, or OpenAI. We do not hold that money and cannot refund it. Any refund or credit for ad spend has to come from the ad platform.
- We do not guarantee a number of leads, calls, or sales. Campaign results are not a reason for a refund.
- We are not responsible for ad disapprovals, account suspensions, or policy changes made by the ad platforms. Fees for work already done are not refundable in these cases.
All-in-One and bundled plans
Bundled plans combine a website with SEO, ads, and maintenance for one monthly fee. Monthly fees are not refundable once the billing month has started. Because the website is built at our cost at the start of the plan, early cancellation terms may apply. These are explained before you sign up and written in your agreement.
Conversion optimization and other one-time services
You get a full refund if you cancel within 3 days of payment and we have not started work. Once work has started, the payment is not refundable.
AI agents, automation, and custom AI solutions
- Before work starts: full refund if you cancel within 3 days of payment.
- Build in progress: we refund the amount paid minus the value of the work already completed.
- After delivery or launch: no refund.
- Monthly AI support and maintenance fees are not refundable once the billing month has started.
- Usage costs charged by third-party tools, such as AI model usage, phone numbers, SMS, and automation software, are not refundable.
Plans paid upfront for several months
If you paid for several months in advance at a discount and cancel early, we recalculate the months already used at the regular monthly price and refund what is left.
What we cannot refund
- Ad budget paid to any ad platform.
- Third-party costs bought for your project, such as domains, hosting, plugins, themes, stock images, software licenses, and AI tool usage.
- Payment gateway fees, bank charges, and currency conversion charges.
- Work that has been completed, approved, or delivered.
- Delays caused by late content, access, feedback, or approvals from your side.
Billing errors
If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, email us and we will refund the extra amount in full.
How to request a refund
Email vk@microelites.com with your name, business name, invoice number, and the reason for your request. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first before raising a dispute with your bank or card company. Most issues can be sorted out quickly by email.
Cancellation Policy
How to cancel
Send your cancellation request by email to vk@microelites.com. A cancellation counts from the date we receive your email. Phone calls and chat messages are not accepted as cancellation notice.
Website and other one-time projects
You can cancel at any time. Any refund follows the Refund Policy above. If a project has no reply from your side for 30 days, we may put it on hold. If there is no reply for 60 days, we may close the project, and payments made are not refundable.
Monthly services
This covers SEO, ads management, care plans, bundled plans, and AI support. You can cancel with 30 days written notice. The service runs and is billed until the end of the notice period.
Some plans have a minimum term. If you cancel before the minimum term ends, the early cancellation terms in your agreement apply.
What happens after you cancel
- You keep full ownership of your Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Business Profile, and analytics accounts. We remove our access.
- For a website that is paid in full, we give you the website files and a database backup if you ask within 30 days of cancellation.
- If we host your website, hosting ends on the last day of the paid period. Please move your site before then.
- Any unpaid invoices for work already done are still due.
Cancellation by Micro Elites
We may pause or cancel a service if a payment is more than 15 days overdue, if we do not get the content, access, or approvals needed to continue for more than 30 days, or if the work would break the law or an ad platform’s rules. Payments for work already completed are not refundable in these cases.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The policy in place on the day you paid applies to that payment.
